Frank, a 1970 graduate of the UNC Chapel Hill Eshelman School of Pharmacy, has a long history as an active healthcare professional in the field of pharmacy. He is a past president of the North Carolina Association of Pharmacists and the Guilford County Society of Pharmacists. Frank serves on the boards of the North Carolina Pharmacy Association Endowment Fund and the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy Foundation, while also being honored during his career as past recipient of the prestigious Bowl of Hygeia Award, a significant national award presented annually to one pharmacist in each state for outstanding community service.

My many enjoyable years in this profession (detailed further below in resumé form), have allotted me a particularly diverse knowledge of the standards of practice applicable to pharmacy in a variety of settings. As such, I’ve had the honor of serving as an expert witness or consultant in a number of medical and pharmacy malpractice cases since 2006.
