Having extensive experience in community pharmacy as both owner and pharmacist manager of my own store for 35 years — with an additional 15 years experience in both independent and chain pharmacies, before and after — I have diverse knowledge of the standards of practice applicable to the practice of pharmacy in a variety of settings. As such, I have served as an expert witness or consultant in a number of medical and pharmacy malpractice cases over the past many years.

With acute attention to detail during all case analysis, I take pride in fulfilling my duty as an experienced pharmacy professional in such legal proceedings, supplying a sincerely unbiased opinion based on the results of my assessment in coming to my conclusion on each case. Victims of malpractice, as well as those wrongly accused of it, each deserve justice and a fair trial, aided by those with experienced opinions on the professional matters of the case. 

Personally having the necessary pharmaceutical expertise needed to evaluate the issue(s) on each case, as well as the legal communication skills gained from many depositions and court appearances as an expert witness, I am able to clearly and concisely defend my opinions in court, should the case go to trial. I’ve always worked diligently in my efforts to aid both plaintiff and defense attorneys alike in determining the strengths and weaknesses of their case.
